Marble blocks were offloaded in the gantry yard

The marble, which successfully passes through the stages of stringent checks, reaches our world-class facility at Chittorgarh. Through ultra-modern techniques and cutting-edge machinery, these raw blocks undergo a long and patient process that unearths the real essence of marble and transforms it into pieces of art. Offloading raw marble blocks in the gantry yard with help of 60-ton capacity advanced gantry cranes.

The dressing machine team dresses the marble blocks from all sides to make their surface plane and erase natural defects with the help of imported diamond wires.

A sawing process on diamond gangsaw

After the blocks are extracted from the quarry, they'll go through further processing to match their intended purpose. For tiles, the marble is cut into stone billets and polished to a smooth sheen. Marble slabs for construction or sculpture are cut using diamond wires or a gang saw, which uses multiple diamond-tipped blades to slice a marble block into more manageable slabs.

Multi-diamond wire machine to saw slabs in thicknesses of 20 mm, 30 mm, or more. The structural robustness combined with the characteristic triangle system makes it possible to saw marble and granite blocks to make slabs of various thicknesses.

Reinforcing the slab in the resin line

Automatic resin plant makes use of impregnation technology for stone strength enhancement, improves stone quality, saves time, and reduces weather dependency and manpower by using the latest mechanical, electrical & automation techniques. This plant is controlled by auto-sequencing of the slab by the control panel. It increases the quality of the slab and reduces manpower. The slab is heated at the specified temperature by a separate heating circuit. Its trays are covered by diamond-shaped metal mesh so that we can load multi-slabs and tiles on each tray.

Polishing it online polisher

16-head automatic line polisher polishes the marble surface efficiently to meet your demand. We use imported abrasives and skilled labor to ensure the quality of the slabs. The process gives the final finish to the slabs. It's achieved through cutting-edge equipment that removes even the smallest grains to even the surface and polishes it to ensure a crystal glow on the slabs.
